TMC Contractors, Inc. Project Management Team includes Randy Turnage, President;

 Steve Bailey, Financial Controller.

Randy Turnage acquired TMC Contractors, Inc in January, 2015. Prior to attaining ownership, Randy

worked for TMC Contractors as Head Estimator and Project Manager starting in 2007. His

accomplishments include estimating, detailed scheduling, project management, and supervision. Randy has a passion for completing projects ahead of schedule and under budget. His oversite from

estimating then running projects at the jobsite has gained many approvals from project owners. With

his vast construction knowledge from building construction to estimating,

Randy is respected by his employees and customers.

Steve Bailey joined TMC as a Financial Controller in March 2020. His professional experience includes over 25 years in business management and finance, including 10 years senior management with Washington Mutual bank and 7 years of operations oversight for public charter schools in Idaho. Steve holds bachelor’s degrees in finance and marketing from the University of Idaho and a Master of Science degree in business administration from Independence University. He will be overseeing payroll, accounts receivable, taxes, human resources, and financial analysis.
