Renovation #4 was a complete exterior renovation located in Alpharetta, GA.
A flagstone covered front porch, new windows and new concrete walkway was constructed on the front of the house.
The rear of the property received an extensive multi-level deck with custom made iron railings and new concrete walkways and steps. Stacked stone is used throughout the project. A screened room below the deck makes use of otherwise unused space
by utilizing an under-deck rain system. New windows, gutters, hardi-plank siding, interior and exterior paint,
ceramic tile in the screened porch and architectural style roofing complete the project.
