Renovation #1 was a complete exterior renovation in Atlanta, GA. A vaulted ceiling rear foyer took the place of the existing garage. The rear foyer area included an extra large laundry room, butler's pantry, built-in cubbies, slate flooring and skylights. The new garage was added on to the new rear foyer and highlights beautiful carriage style doors and a large attic space above for lots of storage. Exterior work included a new porch off the rear foyer, a new covered front porch with copper roofing, new windows, architectural style roofing throughout, hardi-plank and hardi-panel siding, stacked stone, a two-story deck with screened porch with under-deck rain system, and new stone and stucco retaining wall, and two story stacked stone chimney. Additional interior renovations included raising the roof in the master bedroom, a renovated lower level family room with floor to ceiling stack stone fireplace and lighted trey ceiling.
